- Tell us your order number and why it didn't work for you (we genuinely want to know)
- We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days — no return required

- One refund per household
- Must be requested within 30 days of purchase date
- Applies to products purchased directly from collabloom.com only — if you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly
What About Damaged or Incorrect Orders?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it immediately at no cost to you. Just email us a photo of what arrived and we'll ship a replacement within 24 hours.

- Single unit orders: $5.99 flat rate shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
